Visit the fish ponds then tread through the water of the Rhodes Mineral Spring Beach or ride along the coast to the mangrove and crocodile reserve to interact with the friendly crocodiles. Who knew history could be this much fun? The Rhodes Hall Plantation tour was like a time machine — with a side of rum! Our guide had us laughing and learning, juggling stories about old plantation life and local legends while making sure we got our fill of delicious snacks (shoutout to the plantains that might have secretly replaced my breakfast).
