This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied.  Jamaica Get Away Travel makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph.

Jamaica Get Away Travel does not warrant that:  this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or the information on this website is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading. Nothing on this website constitutes or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind.  If you require advice in relation to any legal, financial or medical matter you should consult an appropriate professional.

Limitations of liability

Jamaica Get Away Travel will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website: to the extent that the website is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss; for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong), for any injuries, losses, damages, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including; but not limited to war, fire, flood, civil disturbance, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of the Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial actions.

Any problems or disputes arising out of the booking of travel or any service on this website must be reported to us immediately, by calling our Customer Care number at 1-876-776-0001 and by sending an email to us at jamaicagetawaytravels@gmail.com. We do not accept responsibility for any activities or procedures that may be necessary in order to enjoy the use of anything purchased from us; this is including but not limited to procuring or having possession of any passport or valid identification for travel. This is the sole responsibility of the user. These limitations of liability apply even if Jamaica Get Away Travel has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

 Reasonableness – by using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

Other parties

You accept that, as a limited liability entity, Jamaica Get Away Travels has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees.  You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against Jamaica Get Away Travels officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website. Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this website disclaimer will protect Jamaica Get Away Travels officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, and sub-contractors, as well as Jamaica, Get Away Travel.

Unenforceable provisions

If any provision of this website disclaimer is or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforcement ability of the other provisions of this website disclaimer.


You hereby indemnify Jamaica Get Away Travels and undertake to keep Jamaica Get Away Travel indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Jamaica Get Away Travel to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of Jamaica Get Away Travel’s legal advisers incurred or suffered by Jamaica Get Away Travel arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.


The client understands that company’s investment in its employees is substantial in the form of training, compensation, and the imputation of confidential business information and trade secrets. In consideration of the company allowing its providers to provide services described herein at the client’s request, the client agrees not to solicit, hire, or otherwise induce the company’s employees and or providers to perform services for the client similar to the services company provides to the Client under this agreement, unless arranged by and through the company, for a period of six (36) months from the date services were last provided to Client. In the event Client violates this paragraph, the client agrees to pay the company liquidated damages in the amount of USD $5,000, which is not designed to penalize the client but to compensate the company for the costs associated with lost business opportunity and having to assign another employee/contractor to provide services, or, in the event of the loss of its employee, having to hire and train a new employee.

Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to Jamaica Get Away Travel’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Jamaica Get Away Travel may take such action as Jamaica Get Away Travel deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and or bringing court proceedings against you.


Jamaica Get Away Travel may revise these terms and conditions from time to time.  Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website.  Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.


Jamaica Get Away Travel may transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with Jamaica Get Away Travel’s rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent. You may not transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.


If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.  If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

These listed services, tours are owned and operated by independent (third-parties) contractors, which are not associated with Jamaica Get Away Travels. Jamaica Get Away Travels does not own, control nor operate the tours and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the operators/owners. Jamaica Get Away Travels is also not responsible for any loss, injuries, or damages that may result from participation in the tours and services which is done at your own risk. The listed tours, services prices are only for reference and can be changed at any time without notice.

The following general conditions and terms apply to the use of the jamaicagetawaytravels.com Websites; this is known as the jamaicagetawaytravels.com Terms of Use. By using or accessing the website, making any form of payment whether by cash or credit card you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions that are stated below. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion and your continued use of the Website. Its shows your acceptance of any modification. This website is mainly provided to assist users with making legitimate reservations. Users can access and gather travel information and determine the availability of travel-related goods and services.

 Users should only use this website to make reservations for themselves, their family, and/or friends, for whom the user is legally authorized to act. All information supplied by the User should be true, accurate, and complete. Travel arrangements and prices detailed on our website are provided and coordinated by us. We have taken great care and responsibility to verify and check all information on our website at the time of compilation, however, as this information is supplied by the relevant cruise and/tour operators, we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracy contained in the information given by us.

Sales of services as contained on the website are made by us only as an agent for the person, company, or business providing the service. We do not accept responsibility for any change in price and variation of service as shown and all prices and services are subjected to change without notice. It is salient that you check with us for any changes or variations to the information shown on our website. This will allow us to advise, or your agent, of any such changes that we are aware of either before you book your purchase, or prior to your departure. The content and information on this website are proprietary to us.

 The terms and conditions followed are applied to every booking with us, whether online manipulating the website or through our Call Center using one of our Booking Agents, or both. By booking with us are agreeing to be governed by the following terms and conditions and acknowledge having read and agreed to the terms below. A user making a booking, authorities us to book reservations for the total reservation prices displayed on the website, plus tax recovery charges and service fees.

If you book through this website, you agreed not to file a chargeback, dispute, or reverse any payment with regard to the purchase without first corresponding with us about the details of your dispute and allowing us reasonable time to investigate and respond to your dispute. You further agree that you have permission to use the debit/credit card and/or Paypal account. In the event that you breach this agreement and file a chargeback, upon a resolution you agree to reimburse us for any costs incurred in researching and responding to such chargeback, including our actual costs paid to the card processor or our banks, other third parties, and the reasonable value of the time of our employees spent on the matter. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a transaction, we also reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in the chargeback abuser databases. and instead, abide by the terms and conditions of the website.

Due to users agreeing to these terms and conditions, booking tours, and transportation services on our website, you are also agreeing to pay any cancellation charges or change fees that may apply. All costs are shown in United States dollars; (US$) on less otherwise stated. All rates are subjected to change without notice. We do not accept any liability of whatsoever nature for the acts, omissions, or defaults, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connection with your travel pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct control.

Jamaica Get Away Travels obligations and liabilities do not extend beyond that of a booking agency and therefore Jamaica Get Away Travels shall not be held liable for any loss or damage/s that the Hirer may incur as a result of a mechanical breakdown while on charter. The Hirer acknowledges that Jamaica Get Away Travels shall not be held liable for any mechanical breakdowns/disturbances of the Hire however should any mechanical breakdown occur prior to or during the Hire including an accident or if the vehicle is no longer safe to drive, then the company shall endeavor, without guarantee to do so, make alternative arrangements to get the Hirer to their destination. Jamaica Get Away Travels may use its discretion in order to determine the method of alternative travel arrangement or alternatively the Hirer may make their own alternative arrangements bearing their own costs. The Hirer agrees and acknowledges that a claim for costs relating to alternative arrangements made on their own behalf cannot and will not be made against Jamaica Get Away Travels.

Call Recording and Monitoring

Please be aware that calls to and from Jamaica Get Away Travels may be recorded. We may use the call recordings to monitor our customer service for quality or compliance purposes, to check the accuracy of the information you provide us, for fraud prevention purposes, or to provide training to our employees. We will retain the call recordings for as long as reasonably necessary to perform such activities and then delete them. Any personal information obtained from you during the call will be treated in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Hourly Chauffeur Service

For hourly reservations for sedans, SUVs, helicopters, yacht, limousines, and vans, the change fee or late cancellation fee is equal to the base rate times the hourly minimum.

Jamaica Get Away Travels reserves the right to terminate the Booking/Hire if any illegal activity is undertaken by the Hirer and or Party while on charter and the Hirer agrees and acknowledges that the Company will retain all monies paid to it plus may seek payment from the Hirer for any damages, loss, costs or fees incurred as a result of the Hirer’s illegal activity and/or termination of Booking/Hire.

Jamaica Get Away Travels accepts no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred/suffered as a result of any delays caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e.. traffic, accidents, etc.) and delays caused by previous Bookings going overtime.

Jamaica Get Away Travels shall not be held responsible or liable for the safe retention of articles left in any Vehicle by the Hirer or Party. The Hirer accepts responsibility and liability on behalf of the Hirer’s party for any losses property belonging to the Company and/or Affiliate/Owner Driver that is provided in a Vehicle which includes but is not limited to, glassware, CD’s, DVD’s,  etc.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond legal seating capacity and the Driver and Company reserve the right to terminate the reservation should the Hirer insist to carry more passengers than the Vehicle is legally able. The conditions stipulated above apply.

It is a legal requirement that all passengers wear a seat belt where fitted whilst in the Vehicle. The Hirer agrees and specifically indemnifies the Company and the Chauffeur against any fines imposed as a consequence of the passengers failing to comply with this legal requirement. Where the Hirer has asked for a child seat to be fitted, it is the responsibility of the Hirer to supply and ensure that the seat is correctly fitted before placing an infant into the seat.

The Hirer accepts and agrees, except in cases of an emergency, that the Chauffeur may only open and close doors of the Vehicle. Jamaica Get Away Travels will not be held responsible for accidents and/or damages caused to Vehicle/s, persons, and property as a consequence of the Hirer and/or the Party opening and closing doors.

Irresponsible behavior which could give rise to or damage the Vehicle or endanger the safety of the other passengers will not be tolerated at any time by the Chauffeur or Company which includes negligent treatment of the Vehicle such as sitting on the exterior of the vehicle, hanging out of the windows, shouting abuse to other road users or pedestrians out of the window, rudeness or intolerance with the Chauffeur, misuse of the equipment, fixtures or consumable within the vehicle and wilful damage to the interior generally and such behavior may, at the sole discretion of the Chauffeur, Jamaica Get Away Travels or its employees result in the immediate termination of the hire without compensation. In addition, the Hirer shall be held liable and responsible for any loss, howsoever caused, by the irresponsible behavior, actions, or negligence of his or her Party.

The Hirer acknowledges that he/she indemnifies Jamaica Get Away Travels and its employees against any loss, consequential or otherwise as a result, direct or indirect or otherwise of a failure to meet time deadlines. The Hirer accepts total responsibility to ensure that there is adequate time to travel to and from destinations required by the time deadline/s required. Any advice provided by Jamaica Get Away Travels or its employees to the Hirer, is to be used only as a guide and the Hirer accepts this guide may be inaccurate due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, traffic conditions, poor weather, break downs and overtime, etc.

The Hirer accepts that in-car entertainment such as television screens, video, and DVD equipment is provided as a courtesy and its use and/or availability does not form part of the Hire. In the event that any equipment fitted to the Vehicle malfunctions or is not in working order prior to or during the Hire, Jamaica Get Away Travels shall hold no liability whatsoever and shall not be liable for the payment of any compensation for such instances, nor will the Company be held liable for claims for any form of refund or cause of action.

Jamaica Get Away Travels shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, compensation, or loss that may arise as a result of the Hire of any nature whatsoever including any future claims that may arise as a result of a Hire.

Where the Hirer is a Business or a company and the forgoing has had a representative make the booking of its behalf, the Business or company shall assume the liability of the Hirer, and the representative shall be deemed bound to advise the Hirer and party of the terms and conditions for the Hire.

The Hirer accepts and acknowledges that Jamaica Get Away Travels will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may be suffered/incurred by the Hirer as a result of the Vehicle failing to attend or failing to comply with the terms of the Hire at the location, time and date scheduled.

The Hirer agrees to pay all expenses incurred by Jamaica Get Away Travels owner in the collection of amounts due. Owner under this Agreement or in enforcing any term or condition of this Agreement, including attorneys’ fees, Owner’s administrative fees, and any other costs or expenses incurred by Owner.

The Hirer agrees to pay a late charge of 1-1/2% per day, not to exceed the maximum allowable by law, on all charges not paid within 48 hours after the end of the Hired Period.

Luxury Chauffeur Tip Optional Policy

It is customary to pay a tip to the chauffeur for services rendered.  As a convenience to our clients, a recommended 20% tip that is paid to the chauffeur is added to your charges, unless your corporate agreement states differently.  Chauffeur tip is always completely at your discretion and subject to your satisfaction with the chauffeur’s service.  You may increase, decrease or eliminate the tip entirely.  Please let us know if you choose to pay tips in a different manner.  If you are approving an additional tip being added to the bill, please confirm via e-mail to info@jamaicagetawaytravels.com referencing your reservation number, or just give us a call to adjust billing.  Chauffeurs understand that all tips must be earned by providing outstanding service to our clients and their guests and that the actual amount received is always up to the client.

Early/Late Pick Up

Service between the hours of 8:00 PM  and 6:00 AM are subject to a charge of time and a half.

Extra Stop

There are a charge of $ 30.00 for an extra stop for Sedans, SUVs, Vans, $40.00 Minibus, and $50.00 for Coach Buses, unless was previously agreed.

Smoking Strictly Prohibited

Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited.  Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $300 charge.  Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.

Staff Accommodations

On occasions that require overnight travel for chauffeurs, onsite coordinators, or other client-dedicated staff, lodging and meals should be arranged and provided for by the client.


Passenger Conduct

Jamaica Get Away Travels reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, or who are or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the chauffeur feels threatened in any way.  Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle.  The client shall not interfere with the chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle.  In such instances, services will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be offered.

Excess Cleaning & Damage

Clean-up fees may be charged when activity inside the vehicle leaves a residual odor or stains the carpet/upholstery, including but not limited to smoking, spilled food or drinks, foods with a heavy odor, and vomit. Repair fees may be charges when physical damage is caused to the vehicle including but not limited to rips and tears to the carpet, upholstery, or other soft materials; damage to moldings, door panels, or other components. If during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger that is spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash)  the company, at its discretion, will charge the client additional fees to cover such expense.  Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client.  The Hirer agrees to accept full financial responsibility and unlimited liability for any damage caused to the Vehicle by the Hirer or any members of their/his/her Party. The Hirer shall accept full responsibility and liability to pay damages to the Company for the cost of repair of the damage, any loss of income on behalf of the Affiliate/Owner Driver and/or Company as a result of the damage plus a Sanitation fee of $250.00.

Force Majeure

Jamaica Get Away Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the Service Contract, and shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations thereunder, if such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law, regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of the Company.


Amendments or changes to your booking must be received from the lead named passenger and the email address we have on the booking at least 24 hours before delivery dates. Additional charges may be applicable, for which you will be advised at the time of the amendment. Please note that any incorrect information on the documentation received from us must be brought to our attention within seven days of the date of issue of the received documents. We will not accept responsibility if you neglect to check the validity of all the information provided after the time period specified above.


If you are carrying any excess luggage such as more than one bag per person, golf clubs, bicycles, strollers, but not limited to, or other oversized items, you will need to inform us when booking to ensure we can provide the correct vehicle. One suitcase/piece as defined by weighing no more than 50 lbs) and one carry-on piece as defined by measuring not more than is 60 lb free. Clients with oversized luggage shall be transported via private service. In order to ensure clients’ safety, luggage must be placed in the areas reserved for this purpose; they cannot be transported aboard the vehicle on seats or in areas intended to enable people to move around inside the vehicle. Should you fail to notify us, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred.


Jamaica Get Away Travels is not responsible for wrong information such as incorrect flight info, dates, e-mail address, or any information submitted by you. We will not make compensation payments for any cancellation/changes caused by any incorrect information supplied by you. Jamaica Get Away Travels will put its’ best endeavors to find and rectify any errors and omissions as quickly as possible. However, there may be times when obvious errors occur such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. In this case, Jamaica Get Away Travels shall reserve the right to cancel that contract and the customer will not have total liability in this regard.

Please note the helicopter service is not available after 5:40 PM or after dark.

Last Minute Bookings

All reservations made within 24 hours of transfer/service must be communicated to our booking agents by calling 1-876-776-0001 and or via email to info@jamaicagetawaytravels.com failure to comply may hinder our ability to fulfill our obligation due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances which we cannot be held responsible for. In the event that the passengers fail to appear for the requested service, the clients will be charged the full cost including any additional charges that the booking would have incurred.


Animals are authorized aboard vehicles, provided that they are placed in cages designed for their transport and insofar as they do not represent any threat to the Carrier, the other travelers, or to third parties. In the case of shared service, Jamaica Get Away Travels reserves the right to refuse to transport a cage measuring more than 48/32/31 cm (length/width/height).

Special Request

Jamaica Get Away Travels facilitates our clients by providing infant/child seats at an additional cost. At the time of booking it is the client’s responsibility to advise us of any special requests for a child seat for transfers. Please note, however, these cannot be guaranteed. Where child seats are available, we will provide a maximum of two car seats for infants up to three years old. Clients are expected to provide at the time of booking full details on any special requirements i.e. wheelchair access in order to satisfy the booking. Failure to provide full details may lead to additional charges being applied in order to fulfill the booking request.

Tours and Excursions

Jamaica Get Away Travels is a transportation service provider that seeks to connect you with Tours and excursions provided by third-party attraction owners.  We do this through our website, www.jamaicagetawaytravels.com

You understand that the Tours represented on this website are provided by independent owners. You hereby represent, understand, and expressly agree that Jamaica Get Away  Travels does not control the quality, timing, legality, or any other aspect whatsoever of the services actually delivered by these third party owners, nor of the integrity, responsibility, or any of the actions whatsoever of these companies.

Jamaica Get Away Travels will use its best efforts to offer services provided by those companies that are reputable and offer quality services in accordance with the Jamaica Tourist Board.  We have taken care and responsibility to verify and check all information provided on our website at the time of compilation; however as this information is supplied by the relevant attraction, tour, cruise operator, we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracy contained in the information provided on our website.


A  non-refundable 50% deposit is required on all bookings made online or through our contact service center.  All deposits are non-refundable with the exception of poor weather or cancellation on the part of Jamaica Get Away Travels Limited. In the event of that which may prevent tour/services, the full amount of deposit and any amount paid thereafter shall be returned to the customer within thirty business days.

Fees – No portion of transfer/tour fees are transferable or refundable once service commences.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee as follows will be applicable on transportation and tour bookings.

Cancellation 72 hours  before or more: entitle to refund less applicable administrative fees
Cancellation 48 hours: 20% cancellation fee applicable
Cancellation 24hours or less: 100% cancellation fee applicable and No show booking 100%  fee is applicable.
Any cancellation by you must be acknowledged by Jamaica Get Away Travels. We do not accept verbal cancellation unless approved by Jamaica Get Away Travels  therefore please email your cancellation request to info@jamaicagetawaytravels.com

Helicopter  Flights Cancellation  Policy:  With the exception of international arriving passengers, clients who fail to report at the pick-up point within fifteen (15) minutes of their scheduled helicopter flight time: NO REFUND

Any helicopter flights cancelled by Jamaica Get Away Travels either due to weather, safety concerns or unforeseen mechanical issues will not incur a charge.

Departures from Jamaica – Jamaica Get Away Travels is not responsible for missed connections due to flights being re-routed, delayed or cancelled due to weather or misinformation provided by clients. It is for this reason that flights scheduled to the airport should be timed so that ground transportation can be used if necessary.

Arrivals to Jamaica – If your arriving flight is late and we are not able to conduct your flight, you will be duly advised and helicopter charge will be incurred.

Helicopter  Flights Bookings/Reservations:   In order to confirm a flight booking/reservation, customers are required to make full payment and provide the requisite names & weights of all passengers, weights of their luggage and the contact details of the liaison/contact person.

Helicopter  Flights Check-In Time:  Clients are required to arrive at helicopter check in desk at the main terminal building at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the confirmed time for their flight booking to facilitate check-in and pre-flight briefing before boarding the aircraft. Failure to reach at this time may result in significant delays or NON-REFUNDABLE flight cancellations.

Helicopter  Flights Block Times:  Each booking has an associated block time to cover the pre-flight security checks, trip time and return of the aircraft for subsequent flights. Consequently, clients are required to be on-time (at least 15 minutes prior to flight time) for their departure otherwise their departure time may be rescheduled to a later time that day or cancelled altogether. There will be no refund for such cancellations.

Helicopter  Flights Follow-up Confirmation:  For reservations made in advance of two (2) months, clients are asked to either make a follow-up call or email at least seven (7) days prior to the intended date of their flight to re-confirm such bookings.

Helicopter  Flights Confirmation of Bookings:  To confirm a booking customers are required to make payment in full for their flight no less than seven (7) days before the intended flight time. An email acknowledging receipt of payment and confirmation of bookings will be provided by the Reservations Desk.

Helicopter  Flights  Rates/Prices & Payment Terms:  Only estimated costs are provided during telephone conversations; the actual prices are ratified and provided via email from the Reservations Department via email or messenger. All prices indicated via our reservations email are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the said email. All prices quoted are in United States Dollars and must be paid in full by the customer to confirm their booking.

Helicopter  Flights  Contact Details:   Clients are required to provide their full contact details (email, mobile & other telephone numbers) to facilitate early advisory in the event of a flight cancellation due to weather, mechanical defects or other acts of God.

Helicopter  Flights  Requirements:   Passengers are required to provide their actual Christian and Surnames as they appear in their Passport, birth paper/certificates and any accepted Government Issued Photo Identification that will be provided at check-in. There will also be the requirement to provide each person’s weight and that of their luggage to facilitate the compilation of the flight manifest. Each flight can accommodate a total passenger combined weight of 750lbs and a total baggage weight of 250lbs or any combination of these; the final determination will be made by the pilot prior to each flight.

Helicopter flights cancellation fee are as follows:
Cancellation 5 days before or more: 40% cancellation fee applicable
Cancellation 96 hours or less: 100% cancellation fee applicable and No show booking 100%  fee is applicable.
Cancellation made within 24 hours of original booking attracts a 20% cancellation fee applies. Any cancellation by you must be acknowledged by Jamaica Get Away Travels. Fast Track Service Cancellation Policy:-

Please read the following terms and conditions before you book:

  • Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to the travelling date in order to request a reimbursement, or else it will be considered a no-show.
  • No Shows are non-refundable. A no show is considered when either:
  • The airport representative is standing at the aircraft gate and doesn’t make contact.
  • You have a flight cancellation or significant delay and don’t notify it to us in writing.
  • If for any reason our team is unable to provide you with the service, you will be issued a full refund .
  • Travel date modifications will condition the service subject to availability. This includes flight cancellations or significant delays.
  • Significant changes in your flight schedule (flight delays or flights arriving early) will condition the service subject to availability.
  • We may refuse service if you show up with a party larger than described in your reservation.
  • Please refer to our package description page for details on inclusions, exclusions and prices for packages in the different airports.

Fast Track Service Passenger illness or family death:

  • A credit voucher for 100% of the balance paid, valid for up to a year and redeemable for any airport in our serviced areas will be issued without the need of additional proof.
  • Refunds outside of the 14-day cancellation window could be made as an exception – minus a 10% cancellation fee – if the passenger provides a copy of a valid ID PLUS one of the following:
  • 1) Scanned hospital records showing the name and date of birth of the passenger(s), showing diagnosis that justifies the cancellation of the service.
  • 2) Proof of cancellation of the airline ticket showing the same flights and dates on the reservation clearly showing the localizer for the airline.
  • 3) Scanned stamped and signed medical note showing the diagnosis for the passenger.
  • 4) Certificate of death of a family member whose last name(s) match at least one of the ID of the cancelling passenger.
  • The documents should be scanned and emailed by responding to the confirmation email and adding the words CANCELLATION on the subject line.

Group Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days prior to tour date: Full Refund
  • 45 days prior to tour date: 50% Cancellation
  • 30 days prior to tour date: 75% Cancellation fee
  • Less than 30 days prior to tour date: No Refund

Confirmation Vouchers

When placing a booking you undertake to us that the details you have supplied are correct, including passenger names, dates of travel, and time of arrival/departure. If there are changes to the details supplied, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Upon receipt of payment, Jamaica Get Away Travels will issue a booking confirmation Voucher by email within 48 hours.

If you do not receive a booking confirmation from us within 48 hours you must let us know by email as failure to do so may lead to missed emails about your booking which we cannot be held responsible for. It is your responsibility at all times to ensure that your email address or contact number remains active. If your email address or contact number change, you must advise us immediately and similarly let us know if you do not receive our acknowledgment of your email address change within 48 hours. We recommend checking your junk mailbox as your email provider may recognize us as spam.

Prior to traveling, customers must print out and ensure that they travel with their Confirmation voucher. The booking confirmation email is not the Airport Transfer/Tour Confirmation voucher. Confirmation Voucher contains important information therefore customers must take these with them on holiday. You must present this to the airport representative or driver at the start of your journey.

Identification-  paying party must present valid legal identification upon pick up.

Wire Transfers:    any wire transferred made to Jamaica Get Away Travels must be cleared within our Bank prior to service being rendered.

 Refund Policy

Clients shall receive a refund if cancellation terms and conditions are complied with. Deposits are non -refundable deposits with the exception of poor weather or cancellation on the part of Jamaica Get Away Travels, Limited. If a customer fails to comply with cancellation terms, absolutely no refund shall be due. If you decide, for any reason whatsoever, not to participate in all or part of your scheduled transfer or excursion, Jamaica Get Away Travels will not be required to make any refunds. There is absolutely no refund for no-shows and those who wish to cancel upon the start of tour/transfer.

Additional Persons

You are not permitted to include additional persons on your transfers without the prior approval of Jamaica Get Away Travels.  Once the booking is completed, any addition will attract an additional fee.  In any case, Jamaica Get Away Travels are only liable to transport the number of persons booked for at the time of booking. Any addition will attract an additional fee and the appropriate fees will be applied at the time of amendment. Failure to make the required payment will result in only the transportation of the original persons booked.

Prepaid Transfers &Tours Reservations

By reserving your transportation and tours services, you authorize Jamaica Get Away Travels to book reservations for the total reservation price. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Jamaica Get Away Travels for the total reservation price.

Bank & Credit Card Fees

Some banks and credit cards impose fees for cross-border transactions. By reserving your tour and taxi on this website, you may see an additional cost/fee appearing on your credit card statement. This fee is solely determined by your Bank and/or Credit Card Company and Jamaica Get Away Travels takes no responsibility for these associated costs. If you have any questions about these types of fees applied to your reservation, please contact your bank directly.

Service Charge: a seven percent service charge is applicable for all services paid for online, which includes credit cards and are non-refundable after payment.

Acceptance of Risk

You acknowledge that tours offered on this website may be adventurous in nature and may involve a significant amount of personal risk. You hereby assume all such risk and hereby release Jamaica Get Away Travels from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks.

Conditions of Bookings

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings whether online or through our contact service center. By booking with us you agree to be bound and abide by the following rules and conditions: User authorizes us to make a reservation for the total reservation price displayed on this website. Payment can be made through PayPal services or by cash.  Users may cancel or change their prepaid reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.  The user agrees to pay any cancellation charges or fees that may apply.  All costs are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated.  All rates are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to offer an alternative tour package of a similar standard in the event that the supplier overbooks their property or for any reasons beyond our control.


 Entire agreement

These terms and conditions together with the privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jamaica Get Away Travel in relation to your use of this website and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site.
