He/she will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the waiting vehicle. Totally worth it! We got off the plane, through the double door into the meeting area and my driver was holding a sign with our last name as stated on my confirmation voucher. We felt important and the car had nice leather seats and air conditioned. I will definitely do this on all of my trips to and from the hotel to the airport.
