Arrival Pick Up Instructions: After leaving Customs Hall proceed to front exit, you will be greeted by one of our representative holding a sign with your name. He/she will assist you with your luggage to the waiting vehicle to transport you to your desired destination. Please ensure you present your voucher to the representative upon arrival or during departure transfers at the time of your hotel pick-up.

Driver was waiting at the airport when we arrived holding a sign with our name on it .He was very courteous, introduced himself, shook all of our hands and helped us with our luggage.The minivan was clean, very roomy and comfortable,Our friendly driver took a few minutes to get to our hotel and showed us a few historical sites and points of interest which was very good and unexpected before dropping us at our hotel.
I was unsure about booking a taxi online before our holiday but can recommend it as it all went very smoothly. Just remember print off the prepaid voucher to give to the driver.
