Arrival Pick Up Instructions:

After completing custom and immigration proceed to front exit of the arrivals hall. Once outside of the terminal you will be greeted by one of our representative holding a sign with your name. He/she will assist you with your luggage to the waiting vehicle to transport you to your desired destination. Please ensure you present your voucher to the representative upon arrival or during departure transfers at the time of your hotel pick-up.
